Brooklyn Pizza and Cafe

Still my favorite place for pizza! And thanks for the extra garlic knots guys, that was really cool. ;) My driver was freakin amazing - Delivery ETA was 9:20-9:30 so at 9pm my light were off & front door shut at my condo that's already super confusing for most ppl to find. Well, I heard a knock*knock*knock & couldn't believe 1). he'd found my condo so easily and 2).he'd arrived so early! Grubhub could definitely improve their app so as to better track progress.

I was disappointed in the app. It told me delivery time at 2:10-2:20. I kept updating and it continued to say the food is being prepared. I left my desk around 1:30 thinking I had plenty of time and I get back and I have a missed call and a few text messages from the driver. He was out waiting on me for about 10 minutes. He was visibly upset and I apologized. You need to correct the timing on the app. Thank you.

Food was pretty good. The pizza was awesome although the ranch on the side is pretty bad, if you like ranch with your pizza. I also ordered the chicken parm meal which is actually small chicken tenders, not a chicken breast. Pretty disappointing and won't be ordering that again. All in all, I would order pizza from here again, it was delicious.

Food was late because of an issue with their ticket printer. when I called, they were super apologetic about it and promised to rush the food over ASAP. It only took another 20 min or so, and the food I got was TOP NOTCH. Definitely fresh. Great customer service. Would highly recommend! Definitely get the hot wings.

These ppl are great and the food is fantastic. They go above and beyond when it comes to helping out customers. The food is great, i got the white pizza and ill get it again. The order was made to perfection including all the dumb notes i had for it. All in all, 15 stars.

So let me start by saying my husband and I can be a bit snobby when it comes to pizza. We lived in NYC/Brooklyn for 14 years before moving to Nashville a few months ago. That said, Brooklyn Pizza is the ONLY pizza I recommend in Nashville. Our first order was a large pie -- half pepperoni / half mushroom. Yum. Exactly what I was hoping for in a NY style pizza. Second order was their specialty Brooklyn pizza w fresh tomato slices, basil & spinach. It was good but I preferred the pep & mushroom pizza. Most recent order was a Hawaiian Pizza -- which can easily go wrong based on my 30+ years of pizza experience. This version is AMAAAAAAAAZING -- slightly salty cubed ham & drained pineapple chunks on top of their signature mozzarella and tomato sauce pizza. So. Freakin. Good. Oh, and their crust is lightyears beyond anything else I've tasted in Nashville so far. These guys got it going on. I'll def be ordering again and again.
